Wedding Terms

• Our terms require a 50% deposit at least 90 days prior to event date.

• Should your appointment or event be cancelled for whatever reason, Saffron Ivory & Co. retains the deposit to cover any expenses, and the date's loss to prospective clientele.

• When travel becomes necessary, all travel and associated travel time, is charged at £20 per hour. These fees are not included in the prices issued herein, and shall be paid separately by client. Departure point originates from Leicester city [LE5 6DB].

• Client shall pay for any and all accommodations and lodgings which may become necessary from working, traveling and/or staying off-site prior to event.

• The balance comes due on either: 1.) The day of your event payable in cash only, or 2.) At least 10 business days prior to your event by cheque.
